- 24 hour delivery for certified documents up to 3 pages; a 12 hour rush is $7 more per page
- Every certified order includes a signed Certificate of Accuracy, formatting that matches the original, and 14 days of free revisions
- Extra proofreading is an optional $10 add-on, and notarization is available on request

How Certified Translation Pricing Works
Certified translation is priced per page. A page is up to 250 words of source text, not a physical sheet of paper. A one-page birth certificate with stamps, seals and handwritten notes is one page. A dense, two-sided court judgment may count as more than two.
The per-page rate covers the full job: a complete translation of every field, stamp and seal, layout that mirrors the original, an accuracy review before delivery, and a signed Certificate of Accuracy. There is no separate fee for the certificate, for non-Latin scripts, or for right-to-left languages such as Arabic, Farsi, Urdu and Hebrew.
What a typical order costs
Most immigration documents are one or two pages. A single birth certificate is usually $22.99. A marriage certificate plus a divorce decree is often three pages, $68.97, and still arrives within 24 hours. A 10-page academic transcript costs $229.90 and gets a delivery time with the quote.
Does the price change by language?
No. Spanish, Chinese, Amharic and Pashto all cost $22.99 per page certified and $0.05 per word standard. Many providers charge more for less common languages or complex scripts. We do not.
How Per-Word Pricing Works for Business Translation
Standard translation is for documents that no authority will review: contracts for your own records, reports, manuals, websites, marketing copy, emails and presentations. It costs $0.05 per word of source text, counted from your file, and the total appears on your quote before you pay.
A 1,000-word business letter costs $50. A 5,000-word product manual costs $250.
Standard translation does not include a Certificate of Accuracy. If a business document later needs to go to a court, a bank or an immigration office, you can order the certified version of the same document.

Translation Rates Compared: Per Page vs Per Word
Translation agencies quote in different units, which makes prices hard to compare. These are the most common models.
| Pricing model | How it works | What to check |
|---|---|---|
| Per page | A flat price for each page of source text | How the provider defines a page. Ours is up to 250 words. |
| Per word | A rate multiplied by the source word count | Whether there is a minimum fee per order |
| Per document | A fixed price for a common document such as a birth certificate | Whether extra pages, stamps or the certificate cost more |
| Tiered by language | Higher rates for rarer languages or scripts | The rate for your language, not the headline price |
Whatever the model, compare the total for your actual document, including certification, delivery speed and revisions.
Cheap Translation vs Affordable Translation
Low prices are fine. Hidden costs and rejected translations are not. Before you choose the cheapest quote, check these points.
- Is the translation done by a person? Machine output with a certificate attached can be questioned by USCIS and other authorities
- Is the Certificate of Accuracy included, signed and dated, or is it an extra fee?
- Is every stamp, seal and handwritten note translated, or only the main text?
- What happens if the authority rejects it? We refund the order in full if the rejection is caused by the translation
- How long do free revisions last? Ours run for 14 days after delivery

What Makes Translation Services Cost More or Less
With a flat rate, the language does not change the price. What changes the total is length, speed and the extras you choose.
- Length. Certified work is counted in pages of up to 250 words, business work in words
- Speed. The 12 hour rush adds $7 per page for certified work and $10 per 250 words for business translation; standard delivery adds nothing
- Extra proofreading. A second linguist review is $10 per order and is optional
- Notarization. Available on request for the offices that ask for it
