Rush Certified Translation in 12 Hours
Working to a tight deadline? Our rush service delivers your certified translation within 12 hours of upload for $7 more per page. Standard delivery is already 24 hours for documents up to 3 pages.
Rush delivery returns your certified translation within 12 hours of upload and costs $7 more per page on top of the $22.99 rate. It is the same translation, review and signed Certificate of Accuracy as a standard order, just moved to the front of the queue.
- Choose rush at checkout; the 12 hour clock starts when your files are uploaded and paid
- Rush is charged per page, so a 2 page certificate costs $14 more than standard
- Standard delivery is already 24 hours for documents up to 3 pages, so rush is only worth it for a hard deadline
Rush vs Standard Delivery
Both options use the same translators, the same accuracy review and the same certificate. Only the wait changes.
Our 24 hour translation services are the standard for every certified order of up to 3 pages. Rush delivery halves that to 12 hours.
| Standard | Rush | |
|---|---|---|
| Delivery time | 24 hours for up to 3 pages | 12 hours |
| Price | $22.99 per page | $22.99 + $7.00 per page |
| Certificate of Accuracy | Included, signed | Included, signed |
| Accuracy review | Yes | Yes |
| Free revisions | 14 days | 14 days |
| Acceptance guarantee | Full refund if rejected | Full refund if rejected |
Longer documents get a delivery time with the quote, for both standard and rush orders.
How the 12 Hour Rush Timing Works
The 12 hour window starts when your upload and payment are complete. A birth certificate uploaded and paid for at 8 a.m. is delivered by 8 p.m. An order placed at 9 p.m. is delivered by 9 a.m. the next morning.
For 1 to 3 pages, rush is the fastest option we offer. For longer files, such as a full academic transcript set or a 20-page court record, we confirm a rush delivery time on the quote before you pay, so you know exactly when to expect it.
The fastest orders are the ones with clear files. A sharp scan or photo of every page, including the back of any page with stamps, avoids the back-and-forth that slows urgent work down.
When Rush Delivery Is Worth It
Most people do not need it. These are the situations where it usually makes sense.
- A USCIS Request for Evidence or interview notice with a response date this week
- A visa appointment or biometrics slot where a document was flagged at the last minute
- A court hearing that needs a certified copy of a foreign judgment or record
- A university, employer or licensing board deadline for transcripts or diplomas
- Travel paperwork, such as a translated driver's license needed before a flight
If your deadline is several days away, standard delivery already arrives in 24 hours for up to 3 pages, and you save $7 per page.

How Rush Orders Work
Upload
Send clear scans or photos of every page and choose rush delivery at checkout.
Priority translator
Your order goes to the front of the queue with a translator who knows your language and document type.
Accuracy review
Names, dates and numbers are checked against the original before the certificate is signed.
Delivered
The signed PDF reaches your inbox within 12 hours, ready to upload or print.
Fast Translation for Business Documents
Rush delivery is also available for business and professional translation at $0.05 per word. A 12 hour rush costs $10 more per 250 words and suits short texts, such as a contract clause, a press statement or an email thread. For larger files we confirm the delivery time before you pay rather than promise a time we cannot meet.
Urgent Translation Services: Turnaround by Document
How fast a translation can be delivered depends mostly on length. These are the timings for common orders.
| Document | Usual length | Standard | Rush |
|---|---|---|---|
| Birth, marriage or death certificate | 1 to 2 pages | Within 24 hours | Within 12 hours, $7 more per page |
| Passport, ID card or driver's license | 1 page | Within 24 hours | Within 12 hours |
| Diploma with transcript | 2 to 6 pages | 24 hours for up to 3 pages, longer files quoted | Quoted on upload |
| Bank statements or tax returns | Often 5 pages or more | Delivery time given with the quote | Quoted on upload |
| Business letter or short text | Under 1,000 words | Within 24 hours | 12 hours, $10 more per 250 words |
A page is up to 250 words. The delivery time is confirmed before you pay.
How to Get the Fastest Possible Turnaround
Most delays on fast translation services come from the files, not the translation. These steps keep a rush order on schedule.
- Upload every page in one order, including the back of each document and any stamped attachments
- Send clear photos taken in daylight, flat and with all four corners visible
- Type the spelling of every name exactly as it appears in your passport
- Tell us which authority the translation is for, so the certificate wording is right the first time
- Choose the 12 hour option at checkout rather than asking after the order starts
Rush Translation Pricing
One flat rate covers your document in full. The total is shown before you pay.
