At Pro Translation Service, we want to make sure you’re happy with your translation experience. Before placing an order, please review this Refund Policy so you understand our terms.

Order Changes

You can request changes to your order before our translators start working on it. This includes adding or removing services. Once translation work has started, changes are typically not possible, but we will try to accommodate you whenever we can.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order anytime before your translation begins. Here’s how refunds work:​

  • Before Work Status :You’ll get a full refund
  • After work has started: If a translator has already worked on your project, we’ll calculate a refund based on how much of the project is completed. For example, if you ordered five pages, and the translator completed three, you’ll get a refund for the remaining two pages.
  • After completion: If your order is complete, no refund will be issued.

Turnaround Times

Our turnaround times are estimates based on previous orders, but they may vary. We work with human translators, so while we strive to meet or beat the estimates, we cannot guarantee specific completion times. If there are any delays due to incorrect files or other issues on your end, the turnaround time may be adjusted accordingly.

Quality Concerns

We understand that quality is crucial. We will work with you to make sure you’re satisfied with the translation, but if the translation doesn’t meet our standards or you’re unhappy with the result, we may offer a retranslation or refund at our discretion.

Revision Requests

If you need revisions, you can request them within 30 days after you’ve received your translation. Revisions are free unless you’ve made changes to the original material. For example, if the source text is modified, we may charge for any additional words or offer a retranslation if the changes are substantial.

Important Tip: For translations that require the names of people or places, make sure to provide this information when you place your order to reduce the chance of needing revisions.

Translation Acceptance

We don’t offer refunds for rejections by organizations (like USCIS) unless you contact us beforehand with their specific requirements. If you need a certified translation for USCIS, we offer a money-back guarantee if it’s declined. However, with thousands of successful submissions, we’ve never had a translation rejected!

Email Delivery & Shipping

Since we provide digital translations via email, we don’t handle physical shipments. Your completed translation will be delivered to the email address you provided when placing your order. If you face any issues with receiving your translation or accessing the files, please contact us right away, and we’ll assist you.
